Return window: Contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery to request a return for an eligible item. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Eligible change-of-mind returns

Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, in their original packaging, and with any product seal unbroken. Contact customer service before sending an item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Custom-configured or installed systems are not eligible for change-of-mind return unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Wrong, damaged or defective items

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund. I-SOLAR will cover reasonable return or collection costs for an item confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival or supplied in error.

Return costs and fees

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return delivery cost. There is no restocking fee. Please use the return instructions we provide and keep proof of dispatch; we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost before they reach us.

Refunds

We inspect returned items and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after approval, to the original payment method where available. For cash-on-delivery orders or where the original method cannot accept a refund, we will agree a practical refund method with you. Delivery charges are refunded where required by law or where the return is due to our error.

Contact sales@I-SOLAR.co.ke or call +254 799 316 769 with your order number, the item, and the reason for return. Do not send goods before receiving return instructions.
