We currently arrange delivery to destinations in Kenya. Delivery availability depends on the product, destination and safe transport requirements for the item.

Delivery cost

We currently offer free shipping on orders over KES 500,000.00  in our Kenya shipping zone. Any special delivery arrangement or charge will be disclosed and agreed with you before the order is placed.

Processing and delivery estimates

Delivery dates depend on stock, destination, item size and carrier conditions. We confirm product availability and the estimated delivery date for your order before dispatch. We will contact you if the expected date changes materially. Orders are dispatched after payment or other agreed payment arrangements are confirmed.

Delivery details

Please provide a complete delivery address and a working phone number at checkout. The recipient should be available to receive the order. If an address needs correction or delivery cannot be completed, contact us promptly; any re-delivery charge will be agreed before re-delivery.
